Sierra Hendrix is an Oregon native, dance artist and movement practitioner. She received her BFA in Dance at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA in 2017. It was there that she discovered the immense benefits of pilates and hasn't stopped practicing since. Her aim in class is to increase the mind-body awareness with challenging yet functional movements. She strongly believes that pilates can be accessible to all bodies and will leave you feeling powerful and peaceful!
