As a practicing dance artist, I have a long-standing love and appreciation for the body as a site of knowing and research. I come to Pilates with an investigative and creative approach, not only for the patterns and habits that live in my own body but as an inquiring practitioner for the patterns that exist in others. It is through navigating my own scoliosis and other patterned body habits, that I know the power Pilates can have on re-balancing and strengthening the body.

It is my priority to offer classes that ground in functional movement and that center balance, mindful and integrated movements, and strength building within alignment.
