I discovered pilates in 2018 while searching for a movement practice that could help mitigate my chronic pain and limited my mobility. Within this discipline, I found the emphasis on the breath and biomechanics improved not only my range of motion but had a significant impact on my mental health.

My goal is to create a welcoming environment for all and share the principles of pilates so people can leave feeling strong and connected to their bodies.
