I was introduced to Pilates early on in my ballet training as an exercise practice to strengthen and protect my body from injury. In recent years my relationship with Pilates has evolved to support both artistic and functional movement in my life. I became a Pilates instructor to help others connect with their bodies more deeply and to help folks understand the movement their bodies are capable of.

When you join my class, I hope to create a warm environment, and that you leave feeling restored and proud of the movement your body has accomplished.
