Over the last 4 years I have deepened my knowledge in holistic health due to several health issues I encountered while living in NYC. After countless doctors visits, I took it into my own hands to understand what was going on with my body. I enrolled in Health Coaching school and learned how to optimize my physical and mental health through nutrition. Pilates gradually fell into my life as a way to incorporate low impact, mindful movement into my routine. I have received so many benefits from Pilates from pain reduction, rehabilitation of injuries, improved spinal alignment, and now a fulfilling career where I can help others do the same.
I believe movement is medicine and a form of self care. As a teacher, I aim to keep my classes creative, challenging, and playful. My goal is to foster a welcoming environment where you can connect with your body, build strength, and unwind.
