I am a freelance dance and movement artist originally from Detroit, Michigan. I was introduced to Pilates while pursuing my BFA in Dance as it was an integral cross-training element in the program. After dealing with previous injuries as a result of my youth dance training, I instantly fell in love with Pilates for its rehabilitative qualities and injury prevention techniques. Wishing to share this practice, I started my Level 1 STOTT Pilates Mat and Reformer teacher training course in 2015. Continuing my education, I went on to receive my Personal Training and Nutrition Coach certification as well.

I believe Pilates has an amazing influence on building strength, increasing flexibility, and bridging the mind-body connection that leads to better alignment and safer movement practices. Pilates is super accessible to all and I enjoy teaching individuals of all ages and levels.
