From dance, to cheerleading, and always living in a busy city movement has always been a part of my life since childhood. Now as an adult, I work in clinical research and enjoy learning and understanding all things that contribute to the health of the human body. I discovered Pilates as an adult in search of an exercise routine that I enjoyed while also searching for something that provided both physical and mental benefits for the body. As a new mother, pilates has also helped me to stay active & strong throughout my pregnancy, prepare for childbirth, and recover postpartum.

My goal in teaching is to empower and encourage my clients to progress their practice, find joy in movement, understand their specific body, and most importantly deepen their mind body connection. I also look forward to bringing pilates to spaces and people who aren’t aware of or have access to it.
