Jumpboard is an Open Level high intensity low impact cardio Pilates Class. The jumpboard is added to the reformer creating a jumping action. Get ready to raise your heart rate, increase endorphins and build strength. Prior experience with a reformer is recommended.

prenatal reformer

Our Prenatal Reformer classes are designed to safely activate the deep core muscles using props to modify the reformer exercises. Safe for all stages of pregnancy and wonderful for post-natal mamas to reconnect to their pelvic floor and deep core. Find a deeper understanding of how to care for and keep your body strong through pregnancy and being a new mom.

*We kindly ask that you only take prenatal classes in your 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy

advanced reformer

This is an advanced Reformer class that will challenge balance, incorporate more complex choreography and play with varying spring tensions to create a unique and dynamic sequence of exercises. 1 year of a consistent Pilates practice and a comprehensive understanding of Pilates Reformer exercises is recommended.

beginner reformer

This is ideal if you are a beginner while still being challenging enough if you are a seasoned practitioner. In this semi private training, you will go through the foundation Pilates exercises and how they are applied to the Reformer. Become familiar with the equipment and improve your Pilates technique.

springboard/reformer

Our Springboard/Reformer Classes are semi private, limited to 6 students. Elongate and tone your entire body using a combination of the Springboard and Reformer equipment. This class will strengthen and align the body while also increasing flexibility and range of motion. Open Level is recommended for students with previous experience using a reformer, but is great for all levels.
