I found my passion for Pilates as a dance major in college. I had the privilege of participating in a research study that measured the alignment improvement of dancers with a consistent Pilates practice. Until then, I had always considered myself physically aware, but Pilates opened my eyes to how unbalanced I was. Becoming a certified practitioner and learning a whole new method of movement and muscle toning for optimum health and function has been such a blessing for me. I’m eager to teach my students how to safely push their body to new limits and reap the benefits of this amazing movement method!
