open level reformer

Our reformer classes are semi-private and limited to 6 students. Elongate and tone your entire body using this versatile Pilates equipment. Reformer classes will strengthen and align the body while also increasing flexibility and range of motion. Open Level is recommended for students with previous experience using a reformer, but is great for all levels.

*Please note, our policy states clients in their second or third trimester may take Reformer Mindful Movement or pre/post-natal Reformer classes only.

open level springboard reformer mix

Our Springboard/Reformer Classes are semi private, limited to 6 students. Elongate and tone your entire body using a combination of the Springboard and Reformer equipment. This class will strengthen and align the body while also increasing flexibility and range of motion. Open Level is recommended for students with previous experience using a reformer, but is great for all levels.

cardio jumpboard reformer

Jumpboard is an Open Level high intensity low impact cardio Pilates Class. The jumpboard is added to the reformer creating a jumping action. Get ready to raise your heart rate, increase endorphins and build strength. Prior experience with a reformer is recommended.

reformer strength - intermediate

This is an intermediate Reformer class that will challenge balance, incorporate advanced choreography and play with varying spring tensions to create a unique dynamic sequence of exercises. Prior experience on a reformer is recommended.

foundation reformer springboard

This is an ideal class if you are a beginner while still being challenging enough if you are a seasoned practitioner. In this semi private class, you will go through the foundation Pilates exercises and how they are applied to the Reformer and Springboard. Become familiar with the equipment and improve your Pilates technique with this informative class.

This is an ideal class if you are a beginner while still being challenging enough if you are a seasoned practitioner.  In this semi private class, you will go through the foundation Pilates exercises and how they are applied to the Reformer.  Become familiar with the equipment and improve your Pilates technique with this informative class.

pre/postnatal reformer

Our Prenatal Reformer classes are designed to safely activate the deep core muscles using props to modify the reformer exercises. Safe for all stages of pregnancy and wonderful for post-natal mamas to reconnect to pelvic floor and deep core. Find a deeper understanding of how to care for and keep your body strong through pregnancy and being a new mom.

* We kindly ask that you only take Prenatal Reformer classes in your 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
* We also offer private pre/postnatal reformer sessions - contact us for more details.

reformer mindful movement

This class is ideal for Prenatal, Postnatal clients or those recovering from injuries. Mindful Movement is also great for beginners who want to focus on foundation exercises. Classes will be form and alignment focused and will target deep intrinsic postural muscle groups, building strength from the inside out. 

* We kindly ask that you only take Mindful Movement Reformer classes in your 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

reformer stretch & restore

Utilizing the reformer spring resistance, this class will take you through dynamic stretches that will increase flexibility and joint mobility. Beginning with a light warm up, the class will flow into slow and deep stretches. Slow down, reconnect and begin to feel space, freedom of movement and fluidity in your body and mind.
