My Pilates story did not start with a background in dance; instead, it began when I decided to get in the best shape of my life and ended up injuring my shoulder. This injury lead me to a Stott Pilates master trainer who opened my eyes to the importance of functional movement for every day life. While practicing pilates I began to heal my shoulder. It was complete magic! Right then and there I decided to get certified.

Today I am not only certified in Pilates, but also in Core Athletic Conditioning, Injury Corrective Training and as a personal trainer by way of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). My teaching style has since grown into a blend of creative and intelligent sequencing with an emphasis on alignment and technique. My goal is to always challenge my clients to find a deeper more mindful connection with their bodies as they move in and out of class.
