Springboard Classes 

Open Level Springboard

Using spring resistance, classes will challenge the muscles and lengthen the entire body.  A full body workout, springboard classes utilize a variety of spring tensions to tone and sculpt muscles, while challenging core stability.  Great for all levels.
*Please note, our policy states clients in their second or third trimester may take pre-natal classes only.

Core Strength Springboard

Intermediate level Pilates Springboard.  For practitioners that are experienced and want to take it to the next level!  Classes will incorporate challenging sequences with balance and weight challenges as well as more advanced choreography!

Pre/Post-Natal Springboard

In Pre/Post natal Springboard class we will focus on safe deep core activation exercises, as well as arms, glutes and legs. Safe for all stages of pregnancy and wonderful for post natal mama’s to reconnect to the deep core muscles and pelvic floor. Find a deeper understanding of how to care for and keep your body strong through pregnancy and being a new mom.


Mat Classes

Mat Core Flow

Great for all levels.  Mat Core Flow classes will explore the foundation exercises of Pilates mat work, with added props and modifications to progress the fundamental mat repertoire.  Classes will focus on core stability, proper alignment and building balanced strength and flexibility.  Our unique method will create a rhythm and pace that will bring a “yoga” like flow to class.

Community Pilates Mat

Mat Stretch and Release

In this class we will explore myofacial release and self massage using foam rollers and massage balls.  Increase flexibility, alleviate pain, prevent injury and maintain your body’s youthfulness with this innovative self care technique.


Private Sessions

In a private session we will create a personalized workout to address your individual needs and goals. Our customized session will help you become in tune with your body and progress your results.
