Open Level Reformer

Our reformer classes are semi-private and limited to 6 students.  Elongate and tone your entire body using this versatile Pilates equipment.  Reformer classes will strengthen and align the body while also increasing flexibility and range of motion.  Open Level is recommended for students with previous experience using a reformer, but is great for all levels.  *Please note, our policy states clients in their second or third trimester may take pre-natal classes only.

Open Springboard Reformer Mix

Our Springboard/Reformer Classes are semi private, limited to 6 students.  Elongate and tone your entire body using a combination of the Springboard and Reformer equipment.  This class will strengthen and align the body while also increasing flexibility and range of motion.  Open Level is recommended for students with previous experience using a reformer, but is great for all levels.  *Please note, our policy states clients in their second or third trimester may take pre-natal classes only.

Cardio Jumpboard Reformer

Jumpboard is an Open Level high intensity low impact cardio Pilates Class.  The jumpboard is added to the reformer creating a jumping action.  Get ready to raise your heart rate, increase endorphins and build strength.  Prior experience with a reformer is recommended.  *Please note, our policy states clients in their second or third trimester may take pre-natal classes only.

Foundation Reformer Springboard

This is an ideal class if you are a beginner while still being challenging enough if you are a seasoned practitioner.  In this semi private class, you will go through the foundation Pilates exercises and how they are applied to the Reformer and Springboard.  Become familiar with the equipment and improve your Pilates technique with this informative class.  *Please note, our policy states clients in their second or third trimester may take pre-natal classes only.

Pre/Post Natal Reformer

Our Prenatal Reformer classes are designed to safely activate the deep core muscles using props to modify the reformer exercises.  Safe for all stages of pregnancy and wonderful for post natal mama’s to reconnect to pelvic floor and deep core.  Find a deeper understanding of how to care for and keep your body strong through pregnancy and being a new mom.  * We ask that you kindly only take pre natal classes in your 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy

Community Reformer

Community Reformer classes will explore the foundation exercises utilizing the Pilates reformer, with added props and modifications to progress the fundamental repertoire. Classes will focus on core stability, proper alignment and building balanced strength and flexibility.  *Please note, our policy states clients in their second or third trimester may take pre-natal classes only.


Mat Classes

Mat Core Flow

Great for all levels.  Mat Core Flow classes will explore the foundation exercises of Pilates mat work, with added props and modifications to progress the fundamental mat repertoire.  Classes will focus on core stability, proper alignment and building balanced strength and flexibility.  Our unique method will create a rhythm and pace that will bring a “yoga” like flow to class.

Mat Stretch and Release

In this class we will explore myofacial release and self massage using foam rollers and massage balls.  Increase flexibility, alleviate pain, prevent injury and maintain your body’s youthfulness with this innovative self care technique.


Private Sessions

In a private session we will create a personalized workout to address your individual needs and goals. Our customized session will help you become in tune with your body and progress your results.
